Vibe Agency builds AI platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps, Web3 infrastructure, and automation systems. The details of each project — scope, timeline, and cost — are agreed upon separately before work begins.

• A deposit is required before work starts
• Remaining payments are tied to agreed project milestones
• Late payments may incur a small fee
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

• You own all custom work we create for you, once fully paid
• We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, and reusable components
• We may mention your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to

Both parties agree to keep each other's non-public information confidential. This applies during the project and for two years after it ends.

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Extra work will be quoted and agreed separately.

We do our best to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee that all software will be error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant project.

Either party can end a project with 30 days written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to that point.

• We may update these terms occasionally; continued use of our services means you accept any updates
